MEMBERSHIP AUTO RENEWAL POLICY

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
All memberships are for a pre-paid annual membership term. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each year for an additional 12-month period. You agree that The American IV Association (AIVA) may automatically renew your membership and charge your credit card on the one year renewal date, unless you cancel your membership before that date. AIVA will automatically renew your membership each year unless you cancel your membership by providing AIVA written notice at least 30 days prior to the membership renewal inception date or AIVA no longer offers membership service, which requires no notice on the part of AIVA. Benefits are extended to a primary member for the state in which you are licensed. Non-renewal notices must be sent to support@americaniv.com and are only valid once a confirmation e-mail is received back to you. If AIVA terminates its membership services, you agree that you are no longer entitled to any benefits.

NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
You will receive an email notification approximately 60 days prior to your renewal date alerting you of the upcoming renewal. The notice will inform you that your current membership term is about to end and the renewal date your subscription will be renewed and your account charged. Emails regarding your membership will be sent to your last email of record. It is your duty to keep your e-mail address up to date. To cancel your membership without your credit card being charged for the renewal year, you must do so before the renewal date in accordance with these policies. Please keep a record of your membership date and the next renewal date. You are solely responsible for timely canceling of your membership regardless of whether you receive notification emails from AIVA.

PAYMENT
The renewal payment will automatically be charged to the same credit card that you used for your original membership or most recent renewal. Membership rates dues rates in effect at the time of the automatic renewal will be applied and such rates may be changed from time to time at AIVA’s sole discretion. Please call us at 561-757-4430 Ext. 102 or email: support@americaniv.com before the renewal date for any changes to your email, account or billing information. In order to ensure continuation of your membership, credit card numbers need to be updated if they change or expire in a timely manner. You may change or update the credit card registered for automatic renewal at any time by visiting the Manage Profile area on www.americaniv.com and clicking on Invoices. The automatic renewal is authorized as a payment by the member to AIVA from their credit, debit or bank card. Any automatic recurring payment method or renewal authorization will remain in effect until withdrawn by member or terminated by provider. All fees paid and charges made prior to a member's proper termination are nonrefundable.

HOW TO CANCEL AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Members can cancel participation in the Automatic Annual Renewal Program at any time not later than 30 days prior to membership inception date by emailing support@americaniv.com. The cancellation will be applied to any future charges, and will not affect the benefits of any dues paid for the current year.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your membership at any time 30 days prior to the membership inception date. Please note that you must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid being charged for the following year’s membership. If you cancel your membership, the cancellation will be made effective at the end of your membership term. You will have access for the remainder of your membership term but will lose such access at the end of that term.

REFUNDS
Refunds will not be provided for any membership. AIVA does not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for memberships canceled mid-term. In such situations, you will continue to have access to your membership until it expires. AIVA reserves the right to offer discounts, refunds, or other courtesy in select circumstances at its sole discretion.

Please note that each occurrence is unique and the determination to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

You acknowledge that you are purchasing the membership as-is without any guarantee of business success.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
AIVA reserves the right to terminate any membership at its sole and absolute discretion, at which time all membership benefits will be cancelled. Such termination shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of AIVA. In such a case, no refunds or access will be granted.

PHOTO/VIDEO DISCLAIMER
The American IV Association (AIVA) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by AIVA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. AIVA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by AIVA including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

Any person attending an AIVA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and contact AIVA in writing of his/her intentions (support@americaniv.com). By participating in an AIVA event or by failing to notify AIVA, in writing, your desire not to have your photograph or video used by AIVA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify AIVA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

EVENT CANCELLATION
AIVA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AIVA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, AIVA has the right to either issue a full refund or allocate registration to the same event at the new, future date. AIVA bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred (such as flights, accommodation, travel expenses or loss of income).

Should you be unable to attend an event for which you have registered, a substitute representative is welcome to attend in your stead so long as AIVA has been notified in writing and in advance of the event.

If you cancel your registration for an event, all cancellations must be received at least 14 business days before the start of the event and registration refunds are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made by calling 561-757-4430 Ext. 102 or email: support@americaniv.com. No refunds will be provided to registrants who do not cancel or do not attend the event. Registrants who do not attend or cancel will not be eligible to receive seminar materials.

MATERIAL CANCELLATION
Downloadable products and subscriptions are not eligible for refunds unless the product is defective or unable to download.

PERMITTED USES
You may view, download and print contents from our website subject to the following conditions:
